As healthcare needs expanded, so did our commitment. In 2013, RDH proudly opened a state-of-the-art hospital facility, purposefully designed to deliver advanced medical services in a rural setting. This milestone marked a new chapter for healthcare in Rangely and the surrounding communities.

With the opening of our new facility, RDH earned designation as a Level IV Trauma Center by the State of Colorado. This designation allows our team to provide critical, life-saving trauma care for patients across Northwest Colorado, ensuring rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment when every second counts.
