Colorado Northwestern Community College Clinic
Supporting Student Health—On Campus and On Your Schedule

Rangely Family Medicine is proud to partner with Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) to make healthcare more accessible for students. Through this collaboration, students can visit a free walk-in clinic every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., offering convenient, essential care designed to fit busy academic schedules.
Free Walk-In Clinic Services
The on-campus clinic provides a variety of services to help students stay healthy and focused on their education, including:
- Flu and strep testing for quick diagnosis and treatment
- Urinary tract infection (UTI) and pregnancy testing
- Select drug screenings
- Blood pressure checks to support heart health
- Care for minor illnesses to help students recover quickly
- A1c and glucose testing for early detection and management of diabetes
Expanding Care to Include Behavioral Health
In addition to physical health services, CNCC—working in partnership with Rangely District Hospital—now offers behavioral health services to students at both the Rangely and Craig campuses. Using secure telehealth technology, students can connect with qualified mental and behavioral health providers without the challenges of travel or conflicting schedules.
These services offer compassionate, professional support for concerns such as stress, anxiety, and other mental health needs—helping students care for both mind and body.
A Shared Commitment to Student Well-Being
Together, Rangely Family Medicine, Rangely District Hospital, and CNCC are committed to creating a healthy, supported, and thriving student community by addressing the full spectrum of student healthcare needs—physical and mental, on campus and close to home.
