Rangely Family Medicine is proud to collaborate with Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) to offer students access to a free walk-in clinic every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This clinic provides convenient, essential healthcare services tailored to meet the needs of busy students.

Services offered at the clinic include:

  • Flu and strep testing for diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses
  • Urinary tract infection (UTI) and pregnancy testing
  • Select drug screenings
  • Blood pressure checks to monitor cardiovascular health
  • Care for minor illnesses to support quick recovery and continued academic focus
  • A1c and glucose testing for early detection and management of diabetes

In addition to physical health services, CNCC, in partnership with Rangely District Hospital, has expanded support to include behavioral health services for students at both the Rangely and Craig campuses. Through telehealth technology, students can conveniently connect with qualified mental and behavioral health providers without the barriers of travel or scheduling conflicts.

These behavioral health services provide compassionate, professional support for a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, and more complex mental health challenges.

Together, these initiatives reflect a shared commitment to fostering a healthy and thriving student community by addressing both physical and mental health needs.
