The Laboratory at Rangely District Hospital

Rangely District Hospital maintains a comprehensive laboratory that is nationally certified by CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendment) with proficiency testing through CAP (The Collage of American Pathology). Dr. Robert A. Kurtzman, DO and Dean M. Havlik, MD are the Medical Directors that provide support and assistance. Our lab is staffed with highly-qualified nationally certified personnel who provide exceptional service to our patients. The lab is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that allows us to perform 90 percent of our testing in-house. Our reference lab is the respected Mayo Medical Laboratory and we receive results back from them most times within 1-2 days. This permits us to provide you and your physician with timely, accurate, and precise test results. We are dedicated to excellent customer service and offer a widespread laboratory test menu.

We are on-call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergency services.
