Jianwei Chang-Dillon, or Vivian, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a strong academic background, including degrees in General Studies, Nursing, and Biology Technology. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University and is certified as an FNP-C, with advanced certifications in ATLS, ACLS, and PALS. Since moving from China to Rangely, Colorado, in 2011, Vivian has been a vital part of Rangely District Hospital, providing compassionate, personalized care to her community.

Vivian is known for her deep commitment to her patients and her love for small-town life. She specializes in broad-spectrum medicine, helping patients achieve their health goals. Outside of work, she enjoys shopping, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with her family. Her blend of professional expertise and personal warmth makes her a valuable asset to RDH and the Rangely community.
