I came to Rangely because it was the right fit. From my initial encounter with the team I felt at ease. Rangely Family Medical embodies characteristics that could be described as; welcoming, warm and kind. I strongly believe Rangely picked me, not the other way around!
Leslyn has a unique ability to effectively communicate that allows her to develop an excellent rapport with her patients and colleagues. She also brings a spirit of compassion and kindness to RDH, two of the most important characteristics a provider should possess. She has a solid nursing foundation that allows her to care for the young and old.

Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018 at Chamberlain University
